Plans

In addition to the free content on the site, we offer many webinars that can only be accessed as a Premium Subscriber, or when you have Purchased the webinar. Simply look for any webinars marked as "Premium" or with a price against them. As a Premium subscriber, you have unlimited access to all areas of the platform including all webinars, CPD certificates, resources, notes and presentations. As a "Pay As You Go" user, you will be able to purchase Premium webinars as and when you need. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to view the webinar as many times as you would like. and access the accompany resources, notes and presentations. Your CPD certificate will be available upon completion of the webinar.

All Premium Subscribers receive a 10% discount on any event tickets booked. This discount is automatically applied at the checkout.

Yes absolutely. As a Premium Subscriber you are able to purchase webinars and event tickets for others. Just look for the "Buy Extra" yellow box at the side of each webinar. Don't forget to assign your purchases in your Account Areaafter you have checked out.

When you have a Free Account, you are able to purchase webinars as you want, and as you need them. Or make purchases for others! You will have access to each purchased webinar for 30 days, and access to the accompanying resources and CPD certificate.

We do not offer refunds on Subscriptions, Webinars or Event Tickets. If you need to transfer an Event Ticket please get in touch with the team at info@formediagroup.co.uk.

Events

The ticket price includes 4 hours of CPD at the event, a printed note pack for you to use and keep, a sandwich lunch upon arrival and a tea & coffee break in the afternoon.

Of course! Once you select the event, you will have the option to select the number of tickets you want to purchase, then you can follow the instructions on screen. Once your payment has been processed, you will then be asked to assign the tickets to the delegates attending. This should be done in the "My Event Tickets" area of your Account. Each delegate will then receive an email with instructions on how to finalise their booking.

Yes of course. Simply get in touch with info@formediagroup.co.uk to request an invoice. You will need to let us know which event you are booking and how many attendees you need to book.

In addition to the information on each Event listing, joining instructions and further information for your event will be sent out 7 days prior to the event, and on the morning of the event itself. These will be sent to the email address used for the booking.

Payment

We take security very seriously, as well as having an SSL-certified website our payment gateway uses Stripe so there is no need for us to transfer or hold any of your financial information. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To start a subscription, head to our plans page to view the subscription packages available. Once you have chosen your plan you will need to pay by credit or debit card. If you would prefer to pay by invoice, please get in touch with info@formediagroup.co.uk.

For Media Group subscriptions typically qualify for expense reimbursement by your employer, but please check this with your finance team. You can view your subscription package and print your invoices for Premium accounts by logging in and managing your plan here.

There are several ways to check this. Firstly, you can log into your account and look for your confirmed subscription under “Manage Plan”. You will also receive a confirmation email when you subscribe with your invoice details. You will also see the transaction on your bank statement appear as FMG Ltd.

Our subscription process is simple to ensure you get you up and running quickly. For GDPR purposes we advise you set up your own account. Once you are signed up to the account, you can purchase Webinars and Event Tickets for others. Just follow the instructions on screen. After you have made your selections and completed the checkout process, you just need to visit your Account Area to assign your purchases.

When you visit your basket you will have the option to add a promotional code. If you are joining our premium plan, you will be redirected to our Stripe customer payment page where you can enter your promotional code under "Subtotal".

Promotional codes are case sensitive and shouldn’t include any spaces. Our promotional codes also have an expiry date so please check this or get in touch.

CPD

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the requirement to maintain and develop skills and competencies necessary to carry out professional and specific duties competently throughout a professional's working life. CPD requirements differ depending on your sector or associated body. Please check for your specific CPD requirements.

Each webinar displays the length of the video letting you know how many CPD hours are available.

Once you have completed the video, if you are a premium user your CPD certificate for that session will automatically appear in your Account area. We will add the learning objectives and outcomes to your certificate for you.

CPD Certificates are available for our premium users. If you would like to access certificates for videos you have previously watched, please go to your account area and follow the instructions.

If the certificate won't open on your computer please ensure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader RC downloaded to your device. If you continue to have any issues, contact us.

CPD certificates are a confirmation that you have completed an educational piece of content that you can implement in your professional environment. Your certificate includes the title and content of the session that you have completed, alongside the intended learning outcomes. They are a helpful resource when reflecting upon your learning and tracking your learning objectives. With a Premium plan you will see certificates automatically save to your account area.

This will be because they have not been produced as a CPD video on For Legal. However, you might still be able to gain CPD on the video as part of your continuing competence. We would advise you clarify with your professional body.

Within your account area you can Manage your Plan to cancel any of our subscriptions. By cancelling your subscription you will lose access to your tracked learning. Once you have confirmed your cancellation your subscription will end when your next billing cycle was due to start.

With a premium account you have unlimited access to all areas of the platform, our free plans include a selection of webinars you can watch.

Simply select the video you would like to watch, this will expand the information. You will see the course descriptions and learning objectives underneath the video playback.

These levels are provided as a guide by our contributors and are based upon the expected level of experience within the relevant areas. For videos marked “beginner”, this broadly means that the viewer wouldn’t be expected to have any previous knowledge of the topic area. However, videos marked “intermediate” should be watched when a viewer has previous awareness of the subject matter, but not necessarily extensive experience and / or practical experience. Videos marked “advanced” are aimed at viewers having a sound, working knowledge of the topic area.

Any videos you have already started will appear on your personalised homepage under your "Continue Watching" playlist. You can also save your favourites to watch at a time to suit you. If you are a premium user, once you complete a video this will generate a CPD certificate which you can find in your account area.
