Payment

We take security very seriously, as well as having an SSL-certified website our payment gateway uses Stripe so there is no need for us to transfer or hold any of your financial information. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To start a subscription, head to our plans page to view the subscription packages available. Once you have chosen your plan you will need to pay by credit or debit card. Our group plans can also be paid for by invoice. We don’t currently accept PayPal.

For Media Group subscriptions typically qualify for expense reimbursement by your employer, but please check this with your finance team.

You can view your subscription package and print your invoices for Premium accounts by logging in and managing your plan here.

There are several ways to check this. Firstly, you can log into your account and look for your confirmed subscription under “Manage Plan”. You will also receive a confirmation email when you subscribe with your invoice details. You will also see the transaction on your bank statement appear as FMG Ltd.

You can download any of your invoices by logging in and managing your plan within your account area. Click on amend subscription to be taken through to Stripe's portal. Here, you can view your billing history.

Our subscription process is simple to ensure you get you up and running quickly. For GDPR purposes we advise you set up your own account.

Once you have selected your premium plan you will be redirected to our Stripe customer payment page. On the left hand side under "Subtotal", click to enter your promotional code.

Promotional codes are case sensitive and shouldn’t include any spaces. Our promotional codes also have an expiry date so please check this or get in touch.

On the log in screen please click “Forgot your password?” to reset this.

Please contact us to update your email address.

To request a transfer please contact us, an administration charge of £20+VAT will be applied.

Within your account area you can Manage Your Plan to upgrade or amend your subscription.

When you register your For Media Group account you will receive a confirmation to the email address you have registered with. If you cannot find this please contact us.

Within your account area you can Manage your Plan to cancel any of our subscriptions. By cancelling your subscription you will lose access to your tracked learning and CPD certificates. Once you have confirmed your cancellation your subscription will end when your next billing cycle was due to start.

Marketing and Privacy

It’s simple, ensure you have signed up for an account, visit your account area and update your preferences to be notified of the latest updates in your area of practice and interest.

You can update your preferences to receive relevant information for you by visiting your account area. There is also an option to unsubscribe at the bottom of all our emails, if you are a subscriber you will continue to receive your transactional emails.

To ensure that our emails arrive and don’t go into your junk or bulk email folders, please add info@formediagroup.co.uk to your address book. You can also double-check your email address is correct in your account area.

CPD

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the requirement to maintain and develop skills and competencies necessary to carry out professional and specific duties competently throughout a professional's working life. CPD requirements differ depending on your sector or associated body. Please check for your specific CPD requirements.

Each title displays the length of the video letting you know how many CPD hours are available. Then, when you complete the video the CPD certificate for that session will automatically appear in your Account area. We will add the learning objectives and outcomes to your certificate for you.

Once you have completed a video, this will automatically send your CPD certificate to your account area.

Our Content

You can access all our content on any device and browser. If you are experiencing any quality issues during the playback we suggest checking your internet connection or running an internet speed test.

With a For Media Group account, you have access to unlimited learning.

Simply select the video you would like to watch, this will expand the information. You can toggle between accompanying documents, links and CPD Certificates underneath the video playback.

These levels are provided as a guide by our contributors and are based upon the expected level of experience within the relevant areas. For videos marked “beginner”, this broadly means that the viewer wouldn’t be expected to have any previous knowledge of the topic area. However, videos marked “intermediate” should be watched when a viewer has previous awareness of the subject matter, but not necessarily extensive experience and / or practical experience. Videos marked “advanced” are aimed at viewers having a sound, working knowledge of the topic area.

Once you have completed a video this will generate a CPD certificate which you can find in your account area. Any videos you have already started will appear on your personalised homepage under your "Continue Watching" playlist. You can also save your favourites to watch at a time to suit you.
