Case Law Update - Cases you may have missed
A look back over the last 6/7 months at cases you may have missed. This aims to look at cases which have gone under the radar (save for Belsner) – covering topics such as hourly rates, contracting out of fixed costs, costs budgeting, summary assessment and implied consent.
This is aimed at any practitioner in the civil litigation or personal injury space. Rather than just providing the facts and outcome of the cases, we will provide practical advice on the impact of the cases. We will also aim to provide advice from a cost perspective and potential pre-emptive action practitioners can undertake in order to avoid potential pitfalls.
