From November 2022, HM Land Registry will no longer be accepting traditional scanned or PDF copies of AP1s for changes to existing titles via the HM Land Registry portal. To help firms prepare, tmgroup, Conveyancing Data Services (CDS) and HM Land Registry hosted an informative webinar. Watch to find out more about the 3 key options available to law firms as you prepare for the November 2022 changes to AP1 submissions, including:

  • #1 – Lodging applications via the HMLR Digital Registration Service on the portal.
  • #2 – Submitting digital AP1s via a technology partner already integrated with HM Land Registry’s Business Gateway (such as tmgroup and Conveyancing Data Services).
  • #3 – Developing a direct integration with HM Land Registry’s Business Gateway service.
