This on-demand title will look at interesting recent developments in the field, both practical, administrative and legal. It will focus on developments in the last 3 to 6 months presuming that most practitioners keep themselves up-to-date with excellent CPD providers. It will consider capital and pension provision, developments in periodical payments provision and a small smorgasbord to finish off various updating tidbits.

This is a course for specialist family law specialist practitioners of all levels and particularly those for whom financial remedy is a regular part of their daily workload.

Learning objectives:

  • Delegates should leave the presentation having learned about the most recent developments in all of the important areas within the financial provision.
  • The most recent high-profile cases will be considered in some detail.
  • Changes that affect our practical day-to-day functioning as financial remedy lawyers will also be considered so that there is no significant forthcoming development left untouched.
  • Delegates should have a basic understanding of the most important changes which are afoot for us over the next few months.
