Session 1 in a suite of regulatory updates the session will focus on up-to-date revisions to the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regime, with a particular focus on counter terrorism (CTF), counter proliferation financing (CPF) the Register of Overseas Entities (ROE) and new Sanctions guidance from the SRA.
