Diane Clark

Diane is an Associate member of CIPD with 25 years’ experience working in Human Resources in manufacturing, leisure and education.

For 25 years, Diane has been fortunate to have worked in a variety of industries in the capacity of HR Manager and has certainly supported teams with an array of quirky employment dilemmas over the years.

HR is a key function within the business. Apart from the usual daily HR activities, Diane likes to immerse herself into the operations of the business, observing, listening, addressing, supporting, resolving and communicating.

During the pandemic, Diane needed to be reactive and creative, and had to keep on top of all workplace adjustments that had a direct impact on the business and staff members.
