Criminal Law - Updates from September

This presentation is the 9th in what will be a monthly presentation examining important documents that I have been reading in a given month – I shall choose documents of relevance and importance to anyone involved in the area of criminal law – each presentation will last for 30 minutes and will give you the ‘distilled essence’ of the documents considered – all of the actual documents will also be available for you to read at your leisure as part of the presentation material provided. I fully appreciate the constraints upon your time but would recommend that you peruse the documents which form the presentation.

1 – The document published by the JCS Criminal Law Committee and Board concerning those who appear before the court for allegedly breaching their bail conditions
