For Legal's in-person masterclass with Richard Snape will provide attendees with an update on the recent developments in Conveyancing. Richard will cover the latest case law developments and statutory changes. This session will equip busy practitioners with an overview of the key developments in the fast-moving area. There will be plenty of time for questions, interaction and discussion in which Richard will answer your questions.

- The TA6 6th edition and how to respond to enquiries generally
- Recent case law on easements, covenants and car parking
- Recent case law on boundary agreements
- Recent case law on adverse possession and on the general boundaries rule
- Chancel repairs and proposed Law Commission changes.
This masterclass is perfect for practitioners including solicitors, licensed conveyancers and paralegals who are seeking to update their knowledge of conveyancing, or who are considering returning to this area of law following a career break.

Richard Snape
Richard has been the Head of Legal Training at Davitt Jones Bould (DJB) since 2002. He speaks at numerous courses for law societies all over the country, various public courses, in-house seminars within solicitors’ firms and has also talked extensively to local authorities and central government bodies. His areas of specialism include both commercial and residential property, in particular in relation to local government law, conveyancing issues, development land, commercial property and incumbrances in relation to land.
