It would be a great job without them..’. That sense of resigned frustration with our clients is one felt by many, and increasingly, as the compliance burdens on us all continue to develop and proliferate. We have laboured under the cosh of ‘Client Care’ requirements since the early 1990s but what does it mean, exactly?

Is it a guide for how we should interact with clients, or a checklist for those who don’t care at all?

This seminar will examine what we have to deliver to clients before we can onboard them satisfactorily and, more particularly in the modern age of AI, HOW we go about delivering it.

All staff with client contact.

This webinar is suitable for all levels

Delegates will learn:

  • What we must deliver to clients in writing
  • What we may as well put in the letter anyway
  • How we get the clients to sign up to our terms
  • How we get them to read the stuff we send
  • Are there better ways of communicating the key messages?
