This session will provide a practical guide to the completion of the ET1 Claim Form, as well the best way to set out Grounds of Complaint in Employment Tribunal Proceedings.

Most of the most common types of claim will be considered, including ordinary unfair dismissal, unfair constructive dismissal, direct discrimination, section 15 discrimination, indirect discrimination, failure to make reasonable adjustments, harassment and victimisation.
