Building on the “Whistleblowing: The Basics of the Law” session, this session seeks to provide delegates with an overview of all aspects of the practical implications for employers and workers in relation to whistleblowers.
It will consider important practical aspects, e.g. creating a whistleblowing policy, its content, and how to deal with workers when protected disclosures are made.
The session will provide a solid foundation for knowledge of all practical steps that an employer should take in order to equip all workers with a sound grasp of how to blow the whistle.
