Andrew Wilkinson

Andrew specialises in contentious trusts and probate, including will disputes, financial provision claims, and disputes involving executors, powers of attorney, and professional negligence. He also handles contested Court of Protection applications. As head of our contentious probate team, he represents both local and international clients in complex, high-value estate disputes, often involving cross-border elements.

Andrew is an experienced litigator in both the High Court and the Court of Protection, and is highly skilled in mediation. He also frequently acts as an independent trustee, executor, or administrator in challenging estate matters.
