This session will cover the Conveyancing Quality Standards (CQS) regime in outline and how it aims to improve standards of work in the residential conveyancing sector. It will discuss the changes to the Core Practice Management Standards (CPMS) introduced in May 2022. It will also discuss the implications of the new compliance audit visits introduced at the same time.
