Charities as Beneficiaries
This is a practical session that will set out the options available to your clients when they are considering benefiting a charity either in their lifetime or in their will.
It will discuss the:
- inheritance tax implications of making a bequest to charity;
- the reduced rate of inheritance tax;
- the requirements of WIQs
- structures for gifting to charity in lifetime; and
- the ways in which charities can benefit under a Will and the options that you should present to your clients when taking instructions.
