  • inheritance tax implications of making a bequest to charity;
  • the reduced rate of inheritance tax;
  • the requirements of WIQs
  • structures for gifting to charity in lifetime; and
  • the ways in which charities can benefit under a Will and the options that you should present to your clients when taking instructions.
