Part 1 of the on-demand Mental Health in Business playlist. Flexible working comes in different forms including job sharing, flexi time, part - time and compressed hours but its home and remote working that has seen a significant rise over the last ten years.

As we have seen, working from home has so many recognised benefits. However, the disadvantages of are only just starting to surface.
