Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing
Session 9 in a suite of regulatory updates the session will focus on the recent regulatory intervention in the quest for mental wellbeing, in the aftermath of the Covid lockdown and in the midst of other concerning developments. Existing, and new, Rules on the conduct of staff towards clients and internally will be considered along with suggestions on how to build a supportive workplace environment.
