Ask a Question

Recovery of possession from travellers will always be a top priority for clients. For their professional advisers, it is essential to be on top of the available court processes, but in addition to be alive to complementary measures, which can also be persuasive. Anticipating and dealing with (ideally preventing) repeat occupation is also an area where legal advisers can add value, and there may be specific practical issues to be dealt with, such as removal from the site of vehicles and horses.

This webinar sets out a point-by-point action plan which enables the adviser to have the sequence of events clear in their head at the outset and to give the client realistic advice on timescales and costs.
