Ask a Question

This is a practical session that will provide a grounding in the law relating to laws regarding Mutual Wills. It will examine the relevant legislation, provide a view on the key case law. The second half of the session will look at guidance provided by the Law Society under WIQS as to your duties when advising about mutual wills. I will also offer practical suggestions on practice management for the Private Client department to ensure that the chances of your Wills being subject to a mutual wills claim being brought against one of your wills is reduced.
