Fixed costs – new updates from April 2024
From 1st October 2023, fixed recoverable costs were extended across the fast track and a new intermediate track for claims up to £100,000 was added with its own fixed recoverable costs regime.
Those rules have since been consulted on and a batch of changes have been introduced from April 2024.
